• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
• If any sessions are missed due to bad weather HS Sports Camps Ltd will offer a make-up session .
• You must declare all medical conditions/allergies during registration and keep us up to date should this change by emailing hssportscamp.bookings@gmail.com
• We do not offer refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
• HS Sports Camps Ltd or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the sessions.
• HS Sports Camps Ltd reserves the right to remove from our programme anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or showing disruptive behaviour.
